- SHIPPING & RETURNS
Prices on the store do not include shipping prices. When checking out you will be offered multiple ways to ship your order USPS.

Shipping prices are ACTUAL costs to ship your order as quoted by usps.com for first class/parcel, priority mailings(domestic) and airmail, surface mailings(international). If you have a question about a shipping charge, visit usps.com and click calculate postage.

- ORDER QUESTIONS
If it has been over 30 days since you placed an order from us and have not received it yet, please email orders(at)bridge9.com and we will track it down for you, and be in touch to resolve it. Please give us your name your order number and your email address.

- THE BASICS
1. Overseas orders: Due to increased postage costs we ask that all overseas orders be a minimum of $15.00. If you only want something small, double up an order with a friend. PLEASE do not order only two pins if you live in Europe, it costs for us to mail it to you than it's worth.

2. Everyone should add Delivery Confirmation to their order. We are not responsible for orders once they leave our possession and enter the Postal Service's possession. You can add confirmation is the store's add-ons section or right before checkout.

3. ALWAYS LIST ALTERNATES! Whether you order by mail or through Paypal, always list alternate items. If we are out of stock in a certain design we will use your alternate selection to complete the order. If you do not list an alternate, we will fill the order at our discretion with: a) the closest matching item that is in stock OR b) a credit to the store.

4. If you are going to contact us about your order, please include as much information as possible. State when your order was placed, how you paid for it, what was in your order. Please don't write an email stating "I ordered a shirt and I haven't received it yet" ... we need more info than that.

- HOW TO ORDER BY MAIL
1. Print out one of our printable order forms. Printable Order Form (PDF Format - Just click and print from your browser)

2. Fill it out completely and mail it to the address below with a check or money order payable to "Bridge Nine Records." If you want to send cash, make it well hidden but don't hide it in a CD case or similar packaging where it could be mistaken for a demo! Send cash at your own risk!

3. ALWAYS list alternates when ordering!
