Verse - Aggression CD - $ 10.00

Verse Aggression is a rare album. It's not often that hardcore bands will make it to a third full-length, and it's even less common that the third full-length is a band's most desparate and angry album to date. Making their name well known simply by working harder than just about any band in hardcore over the last five years, Aggression is the culmination and intersection of that experience and a wide array of influences. "A New Fury" opens the album with frontman Sean Murphy screaming arrhythmically over the band, and the six and a half minute "Story Of A Free Man" is something very few bands could pull off-a three phase narrative spread over three tracks that play seamlessly together (also available as its own dedicated release on a 7" EP limited to 1000 copies here. This album proves that Verse is just getting started.

This includes

Crime In Stereo Is Dead CD - $ 10.00

The wait is over

Crime In Stereo has returned with their third full-length album Crime In Stereo Is Dead. Crime In Stereo Is Dead is unlike any record the band or Bridge Nine Records have ever released. It’s a punk record, it’s a hardcore record, and it’s an intricately written album start to finish-but it doesn’t really fit into the “melodic hardcore” or “punk” category without having to further qualify the description. Produced by longtime collaborator Mike Sapone, who produced Brand New’s recent “The Devil & God Are Raging Inside Me” amongst others, the band was able to focus on making their most musically and lyrically ambitious record to date. The result is a record that features the familiar Crime In Stereo sound (“Nixon”), but it also showcases the band at their most explosive and discordant (“XXXX-The First Thousand Years of Solitude”), their catchiest (“Animal Pharm”) and their most ambient and loosely structured (“Small Skeletal” and “Unfortunate Tourist”). It ends with “Orbiter” and “Choker”- two songs that are almost identical chord progressions at entirely different speeds. They culminate in the songs’ respective bridges that are lyrical mirror images.

"an absolutely haunting and incredible landmark effort-4.5 stars"-Alternative Press

"This is a record that's inspirational. It's a completely different entity from their previous records. Call those the naivety of youth or a band desperate to find their sound, call it what you will. But this is the real deal. It's a record that's so strong it takes a lot of listens to really get it."-Punktastic

Ruiner- Prepare To Be Let Down CD - $ 10.00

Twelve songs of fast melodic punk/hardcore make up Ruiners widely anticipated debut Bridge Nine release, recorded by Jim Seigel at the Outpost. Ruiner has been compared to bands like Modern Life Is War, Comeback Kid and American Nightmare, but distinguish themselves with a volatile sound of their own. Since the release of their EP "What Could Possibly Go Right", Ruiner has toured non-stop hitting everywhere from New Mexico to Sweden, and will continue to tour straight through the summer, so keep on the lookout!

-“[Ruiner] make me view hardcore in a new way. This one will be hard to top.”-Absolute Punk
-“You Won’t Be Disappointed. When your full-length record is only 21 minutes long you have to make every second count; and this Baltimore-area hard-core outfit has done just that.”-Stuff Magazine.

Think I Care- World Asylum CD - $ 4.00

Think I Care-World Asylum LP- Although existing as a band for over seven years, Think I Care has only recently begun to earn the respect and recognition they've long deserved. Musically, picture four guys who grew up on early 80's Boston hardcore, give them copies of Celtic Frost's "Morbid Tales" and Sheer Terror's "Just Can't Hate Enough" and witness the mongrel it spawns. Lyrically, singer Jason Clegg's bitter and spiteful words reflect growing up and outcast in the industrial town of Winchendon Mass, hit hard by factory closings and economic recession in recent years. Winchendon also has a rich tradition of producing some of the ugliest sounding hardcore to ever come out of the state, and Think I care is no exception. Never dramatic, these motherfuckers play the best kind of hardcore; abrasive, reactionary and totally genuine.
